Old Town Zoo 2.jpg

Edinburgh's Old Town Zoo walks are a fundraising initiative in aid of Ferrywell Youth Project, supporting young people to make the best choices in Pilton, Muirhouse and Drylaw.

Looking for something to do with children during the school holidays or at weekends?

Edinburgh's Old Town Zoo is a fun guided walk aimed at Middle/Upper Primary children. An easy trail lasting around 60 minutes takes them on a hunt for the many animals that 'live' in the Old Town's monuments and sculptures. Discover a whole menagerie with lots of stories to tell.

The walk starts on Edinburgh Castle Esplanade and finishes near St Giles Cathedral.
